It's how I feared the most-I'm afraid the dreaded patch of doom may have butchered my save beyond repair.
The Neighbourhood Stories patch was also a nightmare for me, and I've never turned on the option since it wrecked me my game something tells me this one is going to go just as well.Īrgh. I tried to deactivate the Wants & Fears then Save, but that didn't change anything for me. At some point, I get thrown back to the Worlds menu only then can you access the Gameplay options, which are greyed out in the initial menu. I get an interminable loop of the loading screen. If I'd known, I'd have waited even longer to update the game! Alas! No one ever spoke of the whims_tracker issue. I've had the stupid issue for about a week now-I had postponed updating for as long as it would take everyone to update their respective mods (and for the Sims Studios to release the ritual batch fix) and I thought I had it all covered I have many, many mods and I take great care of keeping them up to date. Thankfully these modders are working hard to make sure they’re up and running again! Or do you mean, load a household, turn off the Wants & Fears, then Save/Save As? This mod has been down since the previous patch and if you download it it will cause UI exceptions when the Sim returns from their rabbit hole to get the procedure. The Cosmetics Procedures mod introduces lip fillers, new traits, new interactions, and new facial presets. Maybe you thought giving your Sim a certain nose was a good idea but they want something different. Unfortunately, as with real life, sometimes people want change.
Why would your Sim need cosmetic procedures when they already are crafted perfectly? We spend hours perfecting how a Sim looks in CAS so it’s crazy to think they would need a cosmetic procedure.
